Women like Anna need your help today. Many families will be experiencing food insecurity over the coming months, the staple food maize will only be ready for harvest in April. Children will be going to bed hungry.
Before joining MicroLoan Foundation in 2022, Anna Tembo and her husband struggled to make ends meet and provide for their family. They couldn’t afford the essential resources to grow enough food, or buy the uniforms, books and pens required to send their four children to school.
With a small loan and training programme from MicroLoan Foundation, Anna turned her dream of running a hairdressing business into reality. Now she can not only provide food for her family she can also buy clothes for her children and the supplies she needs for her salon. Anna is ambitious and has big dreams for the future. She wants to grow her hair salon business and open a grocery store. She is confident that she can achieve her goals.
Will you help a woman like Anna provide food for her family?
Anna is just one of many women who have benefited from the support of MicroLoan Foundation. Her story is inspiring, but there are countless more like her waiting for a chance to break free from the cycle of poverty.
